poison fingers boxing

Tzu men Chuan or Poison Fingers Boxing or Eighteen Character Boxing was developed later on in the martial arts history of Chine and is first recorded around 1736 liked to the Shaolin Temple and is a rare style of Martial Arts. Up until 1947 annual gatherings were made by practitioners in the Keangse province where many variations of the system were created such as Fa Men, Yue Men, Yue JAI Chuan and Xin Zimen to name just a few where the system itself was expanded upon including more forms and weapons practice, however here at this school we seek to teach the original that formed a basis for the further variations. The most famous master of Tzu Men Chuan was a monk called Senior Monk K0-Hsiu was famous for developing the style around 1875 becoming the abbot of the temple of Ehu Peak.

The system of poison fingers boxing is only small comprising of just six basic exercises and three short forms, in truth the system is more of a philosophy and a way of applying the true system and secrets held within as Poison fingers backing is the only true style to teach the infamous “death touch” or pressure point system which is the true art of the style. Although without this the system is considered very efficient in its practical application, using viscous and straight to the point strikes to the vulnerable areas of an opponent to finish the fist in seconds, striking at the eyes, the throat and other sensitive areas. Poison fingers boxing is a philosophy that teaches you how to strengthen your hands and fingers to use such devastating attacks, but it also teaches you pinpoint focus and concentration and so allowing you to focus our mind, energy and attacks on areas no bigger than the end of your fingers. The teachings of course can be applied to life as well as self-defence. It is said that only once you have been taught for many years by your teacher and a good sense of your moral character has been shown can you learn the death touch system as to understand it is to bear a great responsibility. In modern day times we recognise that this is perhaps not the most suitable form of martial arts to teach to the general population however just as al things have a two-sided edge. The life lessons and disciple you will develop by using this style can be used to better your own daily life and mental wellbeing, also it is important to make sure that this knowledge is kept safe and passed on to preserve its teachings but also the use of the death touch to destroy can be equally use to heal as the points given can be beneficial to health and the practice of acupressure and acupuncture. Something that is openly taught in the east and west already.
