Course Overview
This program is divided into four progressive levels, each designed to build upon the last. You'll start by developing a strong foundation in movement mechanics and gradually move toward more challenging exercises as your strength, stability, and confidence increase.
Level 1 – Foundation: Focuses on mobility, posture, and core engagement. You'll learn proper movement patterns and start activating the muscles that support everyday function.
Level 2 – Fundamentals: Introduces full-body strength through beginner-friendly variations of classic bodyweight movements like squats, push-ups, and planks. Perfect for building endurance and reinforcing technique.
Level 3 – Strength & Control: Builds on your foundation with intermediate movements that require more control, coordination, and muscular engagement. You'll feel stronger and more connected to your body.
Level 4 – Power & Flow: This final level challenges your skills with dynamic, athletic movements and longer, more complex routines. It's about moving with strength, grace, and confidence.
What to Expect
