BEGIN YOUR fitness JOURNEY.
1:1 COACHING
If you’re looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 fitness coaching might be the right step for you. Learn what you can expect in a session or book a free consultation today.
Your coaching journey will begin with a completely free consultation where you will have already been asked to fill in a short basic questionnaire, so we can get an idea of what you are looking for before we meet online. Then we can discuss your fitness goals, your current level of fitness and go into depth regarding all of your own personal needs. In this meeting we will also look at how your online training will be structured and look at the best and most affordable options for you.
Once we are all acquainted with one another and the payment has been received, you will receive your personalised online training plan with an in detail workout description and schedule. At this point, we will have chance to discuss the details in a second meeting and make sure you are happy with the plan before we look at moving forward.
From this point on the sky is the limit and we can keep in touch as much or as little as you like. For accountability you will be asked to record your results in a simple and easy way so that we can see how you are progressing in your journey. This should be logged at least once a week for us to review and we will always be available for questions between then. We will always schedule a monthly review where we will look at your results, your motivation and ideas and alter the program to suit your needs, providing clear and justified reasons for any changes made along the way, to both improve your steps towards your goals, but also to give you the knowledge you need to build your own understanding of your fitness world.

Which Of The Below Interests You More? But Remember…..
You Can Always Have Both, If You Really Want to Make Things Different!
the Functional method
Are you looking to:
Improve your current performance in a sport?
Increase general fitness and mobility?
Find fun and enjoyment through varied workouts and exercises?
Boost your own confidence and general physical ability in life, be it to become more capable of playing with your kids, reducing pain in certain daily movements or improving your level of freedom and self reliance?
Lose weight whilst at the same time tone up using one method?
Break into more specialised areas of fitness such as kettlebells, gymnastics, power and Olympic lifting?
Increase your high intensity workout capacity?
Looking to have highly time efficient workouts that have the potential to be broken up and placed in various intervals throughout the day to work around your busy schedule?
…Then Functional Training is for you.
Functional training in its basic sense is a way of training that targets multiple areas of the body and different energy systems in order to improve overall fitness, strength and movement. In each session there will always be an element of cardio, muscle building/endurance and movement based exercises to allow you to gain the most out of your workout time while also keeping the sessions compact and time efficient, as they usually range from short interval style workouts all the way to longer pure cardio sessions. There really are no limits to the programming for functional training, working closely with our trainers an extremely personalised and specific program for your needs will transform not only your body and mind, but your whole lifestyle.
The Functional training program can be tailored to both home and gym environments with both equipment and no equipment requirements.
Elements of the training program can include at your request any of the following.

the traditional method
Are you looking for:
Weight Loss?
Toning up?
Building muscle?
Building strength?
Improving cardio?
Basic body building?
Developing specific muscle groups for stabilisation or increased performance?
Building fitness, strength and mobility from a recovering injury?
Reducing stress and improving mental health?
A low intensity entry into fitness?
Looking to improve one specific area of yourself be it body composition or a specific goal?
…Then Traditional training is for you.
Traditional training is typically what you would come to expect from a general workout routine, although this is not to say that it is not highly effective in achieving its goals. With a more specific mindset on improving one area of your fitness at a time, programmes often have a more structured and scientific approach to building up your goals. This allows you to see results in one area of fitness that can be measured and controlled with your coach to make sure you are on track to becoming the individual you would like to be. Sessions typically include a warm up, a cardio element to improve general fitness and cardiorespiratory fitness, then an element of muscle related exercises to work towards your body goals, be it toning, building or strengthening. These are based around the use of various repetitions and sets of movements according to those goals. The session then concludes with a cool down and targeted stretches for improved movement and flexibility. The program itself is normally split into four to six week plans that can be adjusted as needed to allow for progression and limitations. This program is a great way to begin or evolve your fitness journey to build confidence or to create variety in your already existing programmes.
The Traditional training program can be tailored to both home and gym environments with both equipment and no equipment requirements.
The programs can be tailored according to your level of exercise history and available workout times whether you are able to train from one to six days a week and can be designed for both gym and home training with equipment and non equipment options available. We believe there should be no limitations to achieving your goals and we are here to help you every step of the way.
